Order Changes and Cancellation
Our customer service representatives have the ability to modify or cancel an order if the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for processing and shipment. If you need to change or cancel your order and you have not received a shipment confirmation email, please call customer service at 1-888-763-1361 on Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your new Smashbox products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange products purchased at Smashbox.com only within 30 days. Please send the products you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging, along with a completed Return/Exchange Form to the address below. Smashbox.com does not pay for shipping and handling on returns and exchanges. If you recieved a free gift item and you are returning your entire order, you must include the free gift in your return. Products purchased at Smashbox.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail store location. Smashbox Cosmetics purchased at a retail store location are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Refunds
Refunds on products purchased at Smashbox.com are granted for the price of your product and sales tax, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited to your credit card and account.
Exchanges
Products purchased at Smashbox.com only that you wish to exchange should be sent to Smashbox.com at the address above with the original packaging and a completed Return/Exchange Form. Upon receipt of the original order items, your account will be refunded for the amount of each item you returned. Next, a new order will be created with the additional item(s) you wish to order as listed on your Return/Exchange Form. When your new order is processed you will receive an order confirmation email. If your new order total is greater than your original order, a customer service representative will call you to get your credit card information.
Sales Tax
Smashbox.com is required by law to apply sales tax to California and New York. Sales tax is determined by the customer's ship-to address and is automatically added to the order.
