Where can I purchase a Smashbox eGift Certificate?
eGift Certificates can be purchased at Smashbox.com or by calling 1-888-763-1361.

How will my eGift Certificate be delivered?
A personalized email will be sent to the recipient letting them know a Smashbox eGift Certificate has been purchased in their name. Once your method of payment is authorized, the recipient will get a second email with the eGift Certificate details and promotion code. See sample.

Redeeming an eGift Certificate

Where can Smashbox eGift Certificates be redeemed?
eGift Certificates can only be redeemed at Smashbox.com or by calling 1-888-763-1361. eGift Certificates cannot be redeemed at Smashbox retail locations.

How do I redeem my Smashbox eGift Certificate?
Shop online at Smashbox.com, select the items you want to purchase and proceed to checkout. On the Payment Information page, enter your Smashbox eGift Certificate code in the Gift Certificate box.

When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your eGift Certificate, you will need to provide a credit card that will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your eGift Certificate will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card. When the amount of your order is less than the value on your eGift Certificate, any unused balance will remain on your eGift Certificate. Only one Smashbox eGift Certificate may be used per order.
Smashbox eGift Certificates cannot be redeemed at Smashbox retail locations.

Redeeming Smashbox eGift Certificates by phone
Call 1-888-763-1361 to place your order. You will be asked to provide your Smashbox eGift Certificate code from your email. When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your eGift Certificate, you will need to provide a credit card that will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your eGift Certificate will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card. When the amount of your order is less than the value on your eGift Certificate, any unused balance will remain on your eGift Certificate.
Only one Smashbox eGift Certificate may be used per order.

Sales Tax
No sales tax is charged when buying Smashbox eGift Certificates.
Purchases paid for with Smashbox eGift Certificates are subject to applicable sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges
Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please click here for more information about returns and exchanges.

Lost or stolen Smashbox eGift Certificates
Please call 1-888-763-1361 immediately to report a lost or stolen eGift Certificate.

Terms & Conditions

Smashbox eGift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise, cannot be redeemed for cash, have no expiration date and no service fees.

Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of a Smashbox eGift Certificates. The value of eGift Certificates purchases are not used to determine promotional thresholds. Free gifts, including Let's Do Lunch, are not valid when purchasing an eGift Certificate.

The use of Smashbox eGift Certificates online is subject to Smashbox.com Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Smashbox has the right, in addition to any other available remedies, to close customer accounts or require alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Smashbox eGift Certificate is redeemed or sought to be redeemed.
