Step 5: Line the lower inner rim with Jet Set Liner in Midnight Purple using Double-Ended Smudger Brush #20 – the color can be a bit messy and smudgy.
Step 6: Using Definer Brush #15, blend the deep purple shade from Waterproof Shadow Liner Duo in Goddess along lower lashline.
Step 7: Add intensity by blending Eye Shadow in Cabernet over the deep purple shadow liner.
Step 8: Complete the eyes with multiple coats of Bionic Mascara on the top and bottom lashes..
Step 9: Add light and lift by blending Artificial Light high on the cheekbones using a synthetic brush (try Foundation Brush #13).
