Registering on smashbox.com isn’t required to explore the site, but it will allow you to take advantage of a number of benefits. Not only is shopping and checking out made easier as a result of registering, but the more you use the site, the more personal and convenient the experience will become over time. You can not make purchases without being a registered user. Registering also allows you to maintain an account with us. Return customers enjoy stored credit card information, saved address book, the ability to review order history, check current orders and easily edit billing and shipping information.
Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can have it emailed to the address listed on the account. Simply go to the registration page and proceed with the instructions. If you cannot find the registration page, simply click on the "LOG IN" link located under the account tab at the top right of this page.
If you are still having trouble, please call customer assistance at 1-888-763-1361. We will look up your account and forward it to the email on file. If your email has changed, we will verify your identity, change your email address and forward you your password.
Our customer assistance representatives will ask you the question that you provided for verification to verify your identity. For your security, our customer assistance representatives do not have access to passwords, only the ability to email you from the system.
Storing Credit CardsRegistered users can store multiple credit card numbers securely for shopping convenience. All credit cards stored are encrypted for user protection so that no one — including customer assistance and information technology employees — will be able to access your credit card number. Once you purchase from our site, the credit card used at checkout can be stored for you in your User Profile. You will later be able to make changes to your credit card information.
