Next, take BRUSH #13 and starting at the center of the face and blending outward, apply a creamy powder foundation such as CONVERSION CREAM TO POWDER FOUNDATION. Finally, to get Scarlett's angelic glow, use BRUSH #13 to sweep a highlighter like ARTIFICIAL LIGHT in DIFFUSE along cheekbones, bridge of nose and temples.

“To create perfectly polished lips you need to start with the lip primer from LIP & LID PRIMER. “A lip primer is an absolute must when wearing red,” says Lori. “It gives you a matte finish, stops color from bleeding and gives your lipstick something to really grab onto so it lasts longer.”
