Using CREAM EYE LINER BRUSH #9 pick up a small amount of liner and walk along lashline. Try using an eye liner that contrasts your eye color to make them stand out (e.g. Blue eyes try a deep brown like MIDNIGHT BROWN or a green like MIDNIGHT GREEN.
