ordering status & history
Refer to the "Order History" box to determine the status of your current and previous orders.
"Paid"
Your order has been accepted, your credit card has been authorized, and the order should be shipped within 24 hours. Credit cards will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
"TBD"
If your order status is "TBD", this means your order is on hold and is "to be determined." This is due to a backorder in stock or a possible credit card issue. For first time shoppers, if your credit card number does not match your billing address, your order may be put on hold. In all "TBD" cases, a representative will call you to confirm your order.
"Shipped"
Orders that are paid and have passed fraud screening are shipped and a UPS tracking number is added to that order. Tracking numbers may be accessed by logging in to your account and clicking on the order number. The tracking number is located on the right hand side of the invoice.
"Orders and Offers"
All orders and Offers apply to authorized purchases. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offers and to modify or cancel promotions due to system error or unforeseen problems. Promotion Quantities are limited. Offers good while supplies last. One offer per customer, please.
"Returned"
When you return an order, check your order status to see if we have processed your return. If the status is marked "returned" you will know that your returned item has been received and your credit or exchange has been processed.
