Order Changes and Cancellation
Adjustments to smashbox.com web orders currently in process might be accommodated by speaking with our customer service representatives at 888-763-1361 between 9 am - 6 pm PST Monday through Friday; However, Our customer service representatives only have the ability to modify or cancel an order if the smashbox.com web order has not been sent to our warehouse for processing and shipment. Please note smashbox.com customer service is not available over the weekend.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your smashbox.com web products. If you are not completely satisfied, you have a maximum of 30 days to return the product, in its original packaging, along with a completed Refund/Exchange form. Smashbox.com does not currently pay for shipping and handling on Returns and Exchanges.

Only smashbox.com web orders must be sent to the following address. Returns and Exchanges to any other smashbox address will cause a delay or loss  in processing.

Refunds

Smashbox.com refunds are granted for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Note REFUNDS may take up to 30 days and to show a credit to your credit card and account. Products purchased through smashbox.com may not be returned /exchanged at any retail location which sells smashbox cosmetics. Any further questions should be directed to customer service at 888-763-1361.

Exchanges
Only smashbox.com exchanges should be sent to smashbox cosmetics along with the original packaging and the Refund/Exchange form. Upon receipt of the original order items, you will be refunded the amount of each item you returned. Next, a new order will be created with the new item(s) you wish to order based on the Refund/Exchange form. When you're new order is processed you will receive an order confirmation email.

Sales Tax
smashbox.com  is required by law to apply sales tax to the following states: California and New York. Sales tax is determined by the order's ship-to address and is automatically added to the order.
