Order Changes and Cancellation
Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer service representatives at 888-763-1361 between 9 am - 6 pm PST monday through friday. Our customer service representatives have the ability to modify or cancel an order if the order has not been sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your smashbox products. If you are not completely satisfied, you have a maximum of 30 days to return the product, in its original packaging, along with a completed Refund/Exchange form.

Refunds
Refunds are granted for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products purchased through smashbox.com may not be returned / exchanged at any retail location which sells smashbox cosmetics. Any further questions should be directed to customer service at 888-763-1361.

Exchanges
Exchanges should be sent to smashbox cosmetics along with the original packaging and the Refund/Exchange form. Upon receipt of the original order items, you will be refunded the amount of each item you returned. Next, an new order will be created with the new item(s) you wish to order based on the Refund/Exchange form. When you're new order is processed you will receive an order confirmation email.

Sales Tax
smashbox is required by law to apply sales tax to the following states: California and New York. Sales tax is determined by the order's ship-to address and is automatically added to the order.
