Checking the Status of Your Order
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed within two to three business days. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email, which will include your Smashbox.com order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with a FedEx tracking number. * Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses will not be accepted due to FedEx regulations. 

** Please be aware that while an APO/P.O. Box can be used for a billing address, FedEx CANNOT deliver to one. Please include a physical address so that your order can be shipped without delay.
